The placing of an order will be deemed as acceptance by the customer of these terms and conditions.
Minimum Order
No minimum order value.
Delivery
The customer is responsible for choosing the appropriate delivery option for them, each option is outlined in the delivery section. The customer needs to also be aware that delivery times are approximate; it is to possible to give exact delivery times for any UK recorded delivery or international signed for items. Customer must also be aware that times are once the package has left the office and not when the order is placed online.
Prices
Prices are exclusive of VAT. Prices are correct at time of going to press. We reserve the right to alter prices without notice. Goods will be invoiced at the current price at the time of despatch and order.
Credit Accounts
Dreamknot does not offer any goods on a credit system.
Title To Goods
Ownership of goods shall not transfer to the purchaser until DreamKnot has received full payment. Copyright All designs are exclusive to Dreamknot and are protected by copyright. All items on the site by other manufacturers also follow copy write and are protected.

Refunds
Dreamknot must be informed no later than 7 days after receipt of goods by the customer if they have any problem/fault with the goods or if they wish to return the goods. Any requests after this date will mean you cannot be refunded for your items but will be offered an exchange or credit note instead.
Returns
Items will be replaced or credited provided that the damage has occurred prior to delivery to your premises or if it is clear that there is a manufacturing fault. Items, which Dreamknot considers to have been mistreated or damaged through wear and tear, cannot be replaced or credited. The issuing of replacements or credit note will be at Dreamknot discretion. In the unlikely event of Dreamknot supplying your order incorrectly in any way, customers should contact us within 5 working days of the deliver, providing full details of the order and invoice number. We endeavour to correct any errors as quickly as possibly following notification of the error.
