How to shop and order online?

We are well aware that shopping on-line can be daunting especially if you’ve never done it before or are not used to the Internet. Our philosophy to internet shopping is simple: We want to make it easy for you to find what you want quickly, buy it and get on with the other hundred things you have to do that day.

You probably have an idea of who you're buying for, what kind of gift you'd like to give or how much you'd like to spend. Just click on one item and start browsing the items, click to enlarge the item, which will display a bigger picture, a description and the price. If you wish to buy it add it to your shopping cart by clicking ‘add to order’ underneath the item. If at any time you get lost or are not sure where you are always consult the top of your screen which will have the main menu options and click the logo on the top of the screen to take you back to the home page.

The ‘basket and checkout’ in the top right tool bar of your screen will always show you what is in your shopping cart. The main thing to do is not to panic, you can’t break anything or loose anything and if you have added some items to the shopping cart but not entered any details, like address and credit card you are not committed and can come out at any time of the site without any consequences (of course we hope you won’t).

Right so far so good, you’ve ordered everything you want and by viewing your ‘basket & contents’ cart you can see what you have in there, now simply press the ‘buy now’ option, positioned under a picture of the item/s you are purchasing. A new screen will appear and will take you through the three steps to purchasing, there is a page for each step. Purchasing goods, entering your credit card details and paying for your goods. It is very easy to follow, on the second step you will be asked to choose your delivery method. Make sure you tick one of these options or it will not allow you to continue. Step 3 or page 3 will give you a confirmation of all your details plus what you have ordered. Make sure to recheck all the details here as this is what is being ordered. Proceed to payment by pressing the ‘proceed to payment’ button on the bottom of the screen.

You will now notice a different page layout as you are now in the worldpay secure credit card server, please follow the instructions on the screen and put in all the information required. Select the currency you wish to transact in as well. Finally click the MAKE PAYMENT option and wait for a confirmation screen to appear that will tell you your order has been accepted and what correspondence to expect to receive by email from us.
